Above and Beyond

Heather was so wonderful to work with during the sale of our home. She was very responsive when I reached out to her for questions and help. I never had to wait for answers which was very comforting along this journey. She talked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond anything I expected. We lived about an hour away so we were able to use E-sign for many things during this process which was very helpful as well. We talked about our strategy for selling the home. I could tell from her experience she knew the neighborhood/area well. Also, she gave me great insight on how things are with the market itself. Again, I had no idea what to expect but her suggestions in every area panned out just as she said they would, which again, gave me great confidence that we made the correct choice in choosing her to represent us. Because of all of the above mentioned, it made every part of the process very stress free. From the actual offers, as we had multiple, thru the inspection and appraisal process, everything went off w/out a hitch. She also did so many things that I was not expecting from my realtor that went above and beyond to set us up for success. Her staging and making sure the landscaping/lawn was taken care of. Everything that helped present the right picture of the house that we had spent so many years in and knew so well, she made it look even better with all the additional things she coordinated. All I can say is if you were looking for a realtor to sell your home that you wanted to lean on their experience, expertise and listen to their advice, Heather would be a wonderful choice. - BRANT C
